Julie began her rental management career in 1993 when she moved to the Philadelphia area from Niagara Falls, NY. In her eight years with Valley Forge she has overseen more than 150 townhomes and apartments in the Greater Philadelphia region. Julie’s strong customer focus, responsiveness and attention to detail has resulted in recognition from colleagues and tenants and low turnover in the Valley Forge communities. One of her favorite things about working with Valley Forge is the company’s philanthropic focus of donating time with the Giving Circle teams.
Julie earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Buffalo and holds her Pennsylvania Real Estate license. Prior to joining Valley Forge she worked as an office manager for St. George’s Episcopal Church in Ardmore, PA where she continues to be an active member. She resides in Delaware County, PA with her husband, Pete and two sons, Joey & Tommy. Her family runs the Tommy’s Gifts for Kids charity which donates toys to hospitalized children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in Avalon Manor, is a Philadelphia Eagles enthusiast but still loves her Buffalo Bills.
